The room had all the essentials, like air conditioning, tv, and free toiletries. I loved the soundproofing, private bathroom, and comfy slippers. Breakfast was a highlight with a great selection. The staff were patient and helpful. The bar and restaurant were also well-prepared.

The food they offered was great, had a wide array of meals. Actually everything was brand-new, my next choice again in Vila Nova de Gaia.

Would recommend this property to friends. The rooms are comfortable and warm with a view and the staff are pleasant. Glad to have an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Several challenges with noise from the road and service courtyard that even double glazing struggles with. A not-so-fun detour required to get there if walking or biking, and I experienced a frustrating situation regarding breakfast inclusion at check-in, which was like a miscommunication that soured the start of my stay.
